Visitors Online Booking Arrangement
Visitors are welcome to play Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Online Registration Form
All players are required to pre-register online with a HKID card or passport in order to book tee-times online. Upon successful registration, online booking will be immediately accessible. Minimum age of registration is 6 or above.
NOTE: Golfers who are inactive for more than 5 years are required to re-register online
The prefix and first six digits of Hong Kong Identity Card (e.g. AA123456(7) is AA123456 or B123456(7) is B123456 ) or Passport Number (minimum 8 alphanumeric characters)
The log in player need to be aged 18 or over.
Tee-times can be booked 7 days in advance from 15:00 on the first booking day. For example booking for Monday opens at 15:00 the previous Monday. Thereafter booking will be available 24 hours daily up to 30 minutes before play.
A player can only book one round per day. Players wishing to play a second round on the same day should contact reception after completion of their first round.
Handicap Certificate from all recognized Golf Clubs and Golf Associations.
Handicap Limit – Men (36 or under) / Ladies (40 or under)
Golfers are reminded to cancel the tee time as soon as possible in order to provide opportunities for other golfers to make advance bookings. Cancellations made after 18:00 two days preceding the day of play will be treated as a late cancellation.
Registration at Reception
Golfers are required to register at reception with their HKID and a valid handicap certificate / passport at least 20 minutes before their reserved tee time and report to the Starter at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tee time.
Caddies for Visitors (Non HKID Holders)
Compulsory to hire a minimum of one caddie for 2 players, if available. Caddie booking is available one hour prior to your scheduled tee time. Tipping of caddies is expressly prohibited.
Available on the Old Course and Eden Course only. Golf Carts are optional and can be booked one hour prior to your scheduled tee time. Each cart may only carry 2 players and 2 sets of clubs. Each flight may only take a maximum of 2 carts, however a 2 ball may only take one cart between them. The driver of the cart must be aged 18 or above with a valid Driving Licence and is required to sign a declaration form at the time of registration. Only certified caddies are permitted to drive a golf cart.
A single player may not pre-book a tee time and must give way to a game of any kind. Player should stand by on the first tee on the day to join a flight or play when a vacancy arises. A single player has no standing on the courses.
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on any of the courses.
Children aged 6 to 11 to be accompanied by a player aged 18 or over.
All transactions within the Club and halfway houses should be settled with the use of prepaid debit cards which can be purchased at Reception. Debit cards are refundable before 18:00 and are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Golfers are requested to dress conservatively and within the guidelines laid down by the Club. No denim wear of any kind is permitted.
The use of mobile phones is strictly forbidden on the golf course or within the clubhouse. Person using a mobile phone may be asked to leave the Club's premises
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages may not be brought onto the Club's premises.
Please care for our courses by filling in divots, raking bunkers and repairing ball marks.
Speed of Play
It is the duty of every golfer to keep up with the match in front of them. A group may be asked by the Course Marshal to skip a hole so that it can keep it's pace on the course.
